GIFT CERTIFICATE ORDER FORM

To order a gift certificate from the Canada Running Series using EventsOnline.ca please follow these steps:

  1. Type your name and contact information and the name and contact information of the person you are giving the gift certificate to into the form below, check the terms of use agreement tick box and click the submit button.
  2. Use your Visa or Mastercard credit card to pay for the gift certificate. The transaction will be processed securely in Canadian dollars.
  3. Once you have successfully paid for the gift certificate, you will be given a gift certificate code. The gift certificate code is to be used on any of the online forms for Canada Running Series events on Eventsonline.ca. Only the intended person may use the gift certificate code. The last name of the Person receiving the gift certificate that is input below on this form must match the last name of the registration when the gift certificate code is redeemed. Please make sure the spelling of the last name is correct.
  4. Once the transaction is complete you may download the personalized Gift certificate as a PDF file.

TERMS OF USE AGREEMENT

I understand that the gift certificate purchased from the Canada Running Series using the above online form can only be used with the online forms for the Canada Running Series on Eventsonline.ca, the gift certificate may only be used by the intended receiver (The last name of the person receiving the gift certificate must match the last name of the person registering when the gift certificate is redeemed.) and only one gift certificate may be used at a time with a registration. Any unused portion of a gift certificate may be used for additional online registrations for Canada Running Series events on Eventsonline.ca . Each time you use the gift certificate code you will see the remaining value left on the gift certificate.
