To enter the Scotiabank Toronto Waterfront Marathon, Half-Marathon or 5k using EventsOnline.ca please follow these steps:

Complete the registration form below. Be sure to include your transit number and the charity you will be raising funds for. To qualify for a free entry, you must agree to raise at least $100.00 for your chosen charity.
Upon completion of the registration form, click 'submit'. You will then be required to provide valid Visa or Mastercard information and hit the 'click to secure' button.
- Note 1: Your card will not be charged the event entry fee (unless the $100 minimum is not raised by October 22nd, 2010 at which point the discounted entry fee will be processed - $35.00 for the 5k event or $65.00 for the half marathon and marathon events).
- Note 2: If you have agreed to raise at least $100.00 for your chosen charity, your credit card expiry date must be after December 31st 2010.
Once you have successfully completed the registration form and credit card validation, your information will automatically be added to our event database and the Eventsonline.ca confirmation page. Depending on your Internet connection, this process can take up to 2 minutes. During this time do not click your Browser's back button or stop button.

Please accept my entry in the 2010 Scotiabank Toronto Waterfront Marathon. I hereby state I have conditioned myself to participate in the event(s) I have chosen. I, for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, successors, and assigns HEREBY RELEASE, WAIVE, AND FOREVER DISCHARGE Canada Running Series Inc. (1399662 Ontario Inc.), The City of Toronto, The Toronto Police Service, The Toronto Police Services Board, The Chief of Police, The Toronto Transit Commission, the Metro Toronto Convention Centre, Oxford Properties, Toronto & Region Conservation Authority, Toronto Port Authority, Athletics Canada, OTFA, Sporting Life, Pepsi QTG, A. Lassonde Inc., SDI Marketing, The Bank of Nova Scotia (Scotiabank), Acura, A Division of Honda Canada Inc., Leukemia and Lymphoma Society of Canada, Canadian Ski Patrol System and its members, and all other associations, sanctioning bodies and sponsoring companies, and elected and appointed officials, successors and assigns, OF AND FROM ALL claims, demands, damages, costs, expenses, actions and causes of action, whether in law or equity, in respect of death, injury, loss or damage to my person or property HOWSOEVER CAUSED, arising or to arise by reason of my participation in the said event, whether as spectator, participant, competitor, or otherwise, whether prior to, during or subsequent to the event, AND NOTWITHSTANDING that same may have been contributed to or occasioned by the negligence of the aforesaid.
