The Oasis Zoo Run 10k, 5k & Cub run TEAM REGISTRATION

To enter a Team of 5 – 50 participants in the Oasis ZooRun 10k Run using EventsOnline.ca please follow these steps:

Type the team name, team contact information and select the number of team members you will register on the form below and click on the submit button.
On page 2 type the name, age and gender for each team member and click on the second submit button.
Confirm the input information on page three and use your Visa or MasterCard credit card to pay for your entry. The transaction will be processed securely in Canadian dollars.
Once you have successfully paid for your entry your information will automatically be added to the event database and the the Eventsonline.ca confirmation page for the event will be updated. Depending on your Internet connection, this process may take about 16 seconds. During this time do not click your Browser's back button or stop button.

RELEASE WAIVER AND INDEMNITY

Please accept my entry in the 2010 Canada Running Series. I hereby state I have conditioned myself to participate in the event(s) I have chosen. I, for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, successors, and assigns HEREBY RELEASE, WAIVE, AND FOREVER DISCHARGE The City of Toronto, The Toronto Police Service, The Toronto Police Services Board, The Chief of Police, The Toronto Transit Commission, City of Vancouver, including their Police Department, UBC Thunderbird stadium, Ville de Montreal, Parc des Iles, Athletics Canada, OTFA, 1399662 Ontario Inc (Canada Running Series Inc.), Harry Rosen Inc, New Balance Inc., Sporting Life, , The Bank of Nova Scotia (Scotiabank) Acura, a Division of Honda Canada Inc., A. Lassonde Inc. and all other associations, sanctioning bodies and sponsoring companies, and elected and appointed officials, successors and assigns, OF AND FROM ALL claims, demands, damages, costs, expenses, actions and causes of action, whether in law or equity, in respect of death, injury, loss or damage to my person or property HOWSOEVER CAUSED, arising or to arise by reason of my participation in the said event, whether as spectator, participant, competitor, or otherwise, whether prior to, during or subsequent to the event, AND NOTWITHSTANDING that same may have been contributed to or occasioned by the negligence of the aforesaid.
