To enter the 9th Annual Dash For Diabetes using EventsOnline.ca please follow these steps:

  1. Type your name and other information into the form below and click on the submit button.
  2. Use your AMEX, Visa or Mastercard credit card to pay for your entry. The transaction will be processed securely in Canadian dollars.
  3. Once you have successfully paid for your entry your information will automatically be added to the event database and the the Eventsonline.ca confirmation page for the event will be updated. Depending on your Internet connection, this process may take about 16 seconds. During this time do not click your Browser's back button or stop button.

Event Participant or Legal Guardian of an Event Participant ("I", "me","my"). 9th Annual Ayden Byle DASH FOR DIABETES and the Executive, Online Registrations, the Race Director and all members thereof; any and all sponsors and affiliated or contributing associations; all participants and officials; their respective agents, representatives, employees, successors and assigns ("you"). IN CONSIDERATION of acceptance of my entry, I the undersigned, for myself, my heirs and executors, administrators assigns and personal representatives, DO HEREBY REMISE, RELEASE AND FOREVER DISCHARGE, WAIVE AND SAVE HARMLESS, PROTECT AND KEEP you INDEMNIFIED FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL manner of actions, causes of action, proceedings, suits, claims, demands, costs and expenses in respect of injury, death, loss and/or damage to my person or property of whatever kind of nature, HOWSOEVER CAUSED, which may be suffered or incurred, directly or indirectly, for, upon, by reason of or arising out of, my participation prior to, during or subsequent to, this event AND NOTWITHSTANDING that the same may have been contributed to or occasioned to, in whole or in part, the negligence of any of the aforesaid. I ATTEST AND VERIFY that I am fully aware of the physical risk of injury of death involved in participating in this event and VOLUNTARILY AGREE to accept full responsibility and legal liability for same, that I am physically fit and have trained sufficiently for this event. It could be quite warm or quite cold, either condition posing and increasing physical risk. BY SUBMITTING this waiver and the required entry fee for the event, in any form, I ACKNOWLEDGE HAVING READ, UNDERSTOOD AND AGREED to the above WAIVER, RELEASE AND INDEMNIFICATION and ATTESTATION. In compliance with the Privacy Act, please note your registration information may be shared with our sponsors. I ATTEST AND VERIFY THAT I AM 18 YEARS OF AGE OR THAT I AM SIGNING AS THE LEGAL GUARDIAN ON BEHALF OF AN EVENT PARTICIPANT UNDER THE AGE OF 18 YEARS.
