To enter the The Bytown Storm / YMCA DUNROBIN Kids of Steel triathlon using EventsOnline.ca please follow these steps:

  1. Type your name and other information into the form below and click on the submit button.
  2. Use your AMEX, Visa or Mastercard credit card to pay for your entry. The transaction will be processed securely in Canadian dollars.
  3. Once you have successfully paid for your entry your information will automatically be added to the event database and the Eventsonline.ca confirmation page for the event will be updated. Depending on your Internet connection, this process may take about 16 seconds. During this time do not click your Browser's back button or stop button.

  • Online registration will close at Midnight on August 19th, 2012.
  • Registration fees after August 19th, 2012 are by cash only. See the race web site at http://www.bytowntriathlon.com for late registration details
  • All entries are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Fee does not include the Eventsonline online processing fee.
  • The entry fees listed above do not include the $6 day fee for non OAT or Tri Quebec members see web site for details.
  • * Only athletes certified Draft Legal may participate
  • * Drafting cards must be presented on race day
  • * Out of province athletes must provide confirmation of Draft Legal status to the race director no later than August 19th, 2012
  • * Athletes failing to provide proof of Draft Legal certification will not be allowed to race and entry fees will not be refunded
  • * All athletes should select a bike, except for participants of the 14 to 15 Draft Legal triathlon event.

WAIVER, RELEASE AND INDEMNIFICATION

Please accept my entry for the Bytown Storm - YMCA Dunrobin KOS Triathlon. I acknowledge that I am participating at my own risk in this event and I agree to waive all claims of every nature against The Bytown Storm, YMCA-YWCA, Ontario Association of Triathletes, Somersault Promotions, Terry McKinty, Greg Kealey, all event volunteers and co-ordinators, the event sponsors, Sunset Series sponsors, and any and all other participating individuals or agencies in respect to any and all personal loss or bodily injury, including death, resulting from my participation in this event. I acknowledge and understand that participation in this event involves risks to my health and safety, including death, and I willingly accept these risks. I further acknowledge and understand that insurance coverage for this event does not provide me with personal accident insurance benefits and that I am responsible to obtain my own personal accident insurance coverage should I wish to be eligible for accident benefits that are in excess of those currently covered through my provincial/state or private health insurance plan(s). I also acknowledge that I understand the rigors of this competition and I verify here that I know myself to be healthy and fit enough to participate in it. In providing my email for identification and communication purposes, I understand that my email may be used for Bytown Triathlon and YMCA-YWCA newsletters, event updates. The Bytwon Triathlon Club nor the YMCA-YWCA will sell its email lists to any third parties. I agree to permit the event organizers to use any photo taken of me during the event for promotional purposes on its website, in the media or in special promotions.
