Online Registration

To enter THE EMERGENCY SERVICES ADVENTURE RACE using EventsOnline.ca please follow these steps:

  1. Type your name and other information into the form below and click on the submit button.
  2. Use your Visa or Mastercard credit card to pay for your entry. The transaction will be processed securely in Canadian dollars.
  3. Once you have successfully paid for your entry your information will automatically be added to the event database and the Eventsonline.ca confirmation page for the event will be updated. Depending on your Internet connection, this process may take about 16 seconds. During this time do not click your Browser's back button or stop button.

TERMS, CONDITIONS & REFUND POLICY

Team categories and/or team members may only be changed if notification is given prior to Race Day. Entry fees will be refunded to a maximum of 50% of the total amount paid (not including merchandise or online processing fees) when the request is made within the six weeks prior to the event date. However, no refunds will be offered for any reason when the request is made in the two weeks leading up to the event date; on Race Day; or if a team or racer fails to attend the event. Entry fees may not be deferred or transferred. In the event that a race is cancelled or postponed due to factors beyond our control, (including, but not limited to, severe weather, war, flood, pandemic, or any factor that may make the operation of the event dangerous to participants, staff and volunteers), Storm Racing will make every effort to reschedule the race to a later date of its choosing. However, no refunds will be issued if a re-scheduled date is not possible. If a new date is offered, no refund will be granted to registrants who are unable to participate in the rescheduled event.
