In consideration of your acceptance of this membership registration, I, for myself, my heirs, personal representatives, successors and assigns, release, waive and discharge the Grande Prairie Run/Walk Club and all other organizers, sanctioning bodies, sponsors, contributors and their respective volunteers and employees from all claims, demands, damages, cost, expenses, actions and causes of actions, whether in law or equity in respect of death, injury, loss or damage to my person or property however caused by reason of my participation in Grande Prairie Run/Walk Club events whether as a participant, spectator or otherwise prior to, during or subsequent to the events. I have full knowledge of the risks involved in participating and I assume those risks. I consent to the release of personal information used in this entry form and the results of events. All photos, videos or other images may be used with the official results, in the press or other media and/or on the internet. I acknowledge that I have read, understand and agree to be bound by this waiver and release of personal information.
