To enter the Heart of Gold Triathlon using EventsOnline.ca please follow these steps:

  1. Type your name and other information into the form below and click on the submit button.
  2. Use your AMEX, Visa or Mastercard credit card to pay for your entry. The transaction will be processed securely in Canadian dollars.
  3. Once you have successfully paid for your entry your information will automatically be added to the event database and the Eventsonline.ca confirmation page for the event will be updated. Depending on your Internet connection, this process may take about 16 seconds. During this time do not click your Browser's back button or stop button.

Note: Each participant on a team must sign a waiver and if under 18 must have the waiver signed by a parent. The waiver can be downloaded from the event website at www.heartofgoldtriathlon.com, and handed in when you pick up your race kits.

WAIVER

I acknowledge participating at my own risk and I hereby waive liability of any and all claims against the "Heart of Gold Triathlon", its sponsors and partners for personal injury, death or property damage resulting from my participation in the event July 15, 2012. I also fully understand the rigors of such a competition and I have prepared myself physically for the race. I agree to follow the rules that govern road racing. I consent to any medical treatment deemed necessary by the medical team. I acknowledge that I am responsible for returning the timing chip after completion of the event or be subject to a cost recoverable fee. In signing this release, I give permission to the organizers to obtain or take pictures of me during the triathlon to use, reuse and/or publish through any media for any purpose whatsoever, including the use of any printed matter. I hereby waive any rights to inspect or approve the finished photograph or advertising copy that may be used.
