To enter the Investors Group Walk/Run for Children using EventsOnline.ca please follow these steps:

  1. Type your name and other information into the form below and click on the submit button.
  2. Use your Visa or Mastercard credit card to pay for your entry. The transaction will be processed securely in Canadian dollars.
  3. Once you have successfully paid for your entry your information will automatically be added to the event database and you will receive a confirmation via email. Depending on your Internet connection, this process may take about 16 seconds. During this time do not click your Browser's back button or stop button.

WAIVER, RELEASE and INDEMNIFICATION:

I know that running or walking a road race is a potentially hazardous activity. I should not enter or participate in this event unless I am medically able and properly trained. I realize that the event is physically strenuous, that there may be adverse weather conditions and that there may be vehicles present on the course and at intersections. I nevertheless wish to participate and assume any and all foreseen and unforeseen risks associated with running or walking this event. Knowing these facts and in consideration of acceptance of my entry, I hereby for myself, or for anyone else who may claim on my behalf, and for any person(s) for whom I am guardian or whom I have invited to participate (for these purposes referred to as my 'children'), agree not to sue and to waive, release and discharge all persons participating in the operation of this event including without limitation Investors Group Financial Services Inc. and its affiliates and subsidiaries, The Children's Hospital Foundation of Manitoba, Athletics Manitoba, the City of Winnipeg, the Province of Manitoba, and any and all other organizations, sponsors and participating organizations and their personnel (including agents and employees) whether volunteer or otherwise, and anyone acting on their behalf (the Releasee's) for any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, or injuries, whether caused by the negligence of the Releasee's, or by any other cause, which may arise as a result of, or out of my/our participation in this event. I also indemnify and hold harmless the Releasee's from any liability incurred by them (or any other persons including other participants) and caused by myself or my children in any way, associated with my/our participation in this event. I attest that I/we am physically fit, and sufficiently trained for this event. I hereby grant permission for the use of my/our likeness participating in this event without obligation or compensation to me (or my children as the case may be). As part of this Waiver and Release, I allow Athletics Manitoba and Investors Group to use my/our personal information (name and age only) to be used for final results that will be posted on the website for this event and acknowledge that I have read and understood all of the above.
