RELEASE OF LIABILITY, WAIVER OF CLAIMS, ASSUMPTION OF RISKS AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT

This is a release of liability, waiver of claims, assumption of risks and indemnity agreement. By agreeing to this waiver you are agreeing to waive particular legal rights with respect to bringing any legal action against the Corporation of the City of Timmins (the "City"), The 100th Community Anniversary Committee ("CAC"), Heart & Stroke Foundation of Ontario, their directors, officers, agents, employees, members of the event Steering Committee, and officers, directors, and staff of the Mattagami Regional Conservation Authority, assigns and any individual whom in law either the City or CAC is responsible, as a result of any personal injury, property damage or otherwise.
