To enter the Lacombe Charity Triathlon using EventsOnline.ca please follow these steps:

  1. Type your name and other information into the form below and click on the submit button.
  2. Use your Visa or Mastercard credit card to pay for your entry. The transaction will be processed securely in Canadian dollars.
  3. Once you have successfully paid for your entry your information will automatically be added to the event database and the the Eventsonline.ca confirmation page for the event will be updated. Depending on your Internet connection, this process may take about 16 seconds. During this time do not click your Browser's back button or stop button.

WAIVER

In consideration of my application for entry in this event, I hereby agree to the following: I acknowledge that a Triathlon has many inherent risks and I fully agree to assume the risks associated with participation in this event. I agree it is my sole responsibility to be familiar with the race course and any special regulations for the event. I understand and agree that situations arise during the race that may be beyond the immediate control of race officials or organizers and I must continually ride so as to neither endanger others or myself. I accept responsibility for the condition and adequacy of my competition equipment. I will compete wearing a helmet, which complies with the helmet requirements of the CCA racing rules. By signing this form, I release, in my name, and in that of my heirs, executives and administrators of my will, the CCA, employees, officials, commissaires, sponsors, coaches, representatives, and successors, as well as any other organization, company, society, enterprise, association or person directly or indirectly involved in the present competition, all responsibility in the case of bodily or material harm occurring during the said competition and concerning me. I understand that there are increased risks associated with a triathlon and I hereby voluntarily assume all physical and legal risks associated with riding a bicycle including the risk of death, injury, loss or damage however caused in the course of my participation in this event. The Release and Waiver Form extends to all claims of ever kind or nature whatsoever, foreseen or unforeseen, known or unknown. I, the undersigned, have read this form carefully and fully understand it and agree to all the above terms and conditions on behalf of myself, my heirs and executors. I hereby acknowledge having read this Release and Waiver Form and I understand and accept its terms.
