To enter the Newcastle Maniacs Fall Run using EventsOnline.ca please follow these steps:

  1. Type your name and other information into the form below and click on the submit button.
  2. Use your Visa, AMEX or Mastercard credit card to pay for your entry. The transaction will be processed securely in Canadian dollars.
  3. Once you have successfully paid for your entry your information will automatically be added to the event database and the the Eventsonline.ca confirmation page for the event will be updated. Depending on your Internet connection, this process may take about 16 seconds. During this time do not click your Browser's back button or stop button.

RELEASE WAIVER AND INDEMNITY

Please accept my entry in the 5th Annual Maniac Fall Festval Run 2010. I hereby state I have conditioned myself to participate in the event(s) I have chosen. I, for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, successors, and assigns HEREBY RELEASE, WAIVE, AND FOREVER DISCHARGE Running Maniacs Inc. ( Ontario Inc.), The Municipality of Clarington, Region of Durham, Durham Regional Police, The Lions Club of Canada and its members, and all other associations, sanctioning bodies and sponsoring companies, and elected and appointed officials, successors and assigns, OF AND FROM ALL claims, demands, damages, costs, expenses, actions and causes of action, whether in law or equity, in respect of death, injury, loss or damage to my person or property HOWSOEVER CAUSED, arising or to arise by reason of my participation in the said event, whether as spectator, participant, competitor, or otherwise, whether prior to, during or subsequent to the event, AND NOTWITHSTANDING that same may have been contributed to or occasioned by the negligence of the aforesaid. I FURTHER HEREBY UNDERTAKE TO HOLD AND SAFE HARMLESS AND AGREE TO INDEMIFY all of the afor said from and against any and all liability incurred by any or all of them arising as a result of, or in any way connected with my participation in the said event. Further, I hereby agree to periodic mailings both electronic and physical from Running Maniacs (Ontario Inc.) only. Personal information collected by Running Maniacs (Ontario Inc.) is for registration and results purposes only, and will not be shared with other companies or organizations. Further I hereby grant full permission to any and all the foregoing to use any photography, video tapes, motion pictures, recordings or any other record of this event for promotional purposes. BY SUBMITTING THIS ENTRY, I ACKNOWLEDGE HAVING READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO THE ABOVE WAIVER, RELEASE and INDEMITY. I WARRANT that I am physically fit to participate in this event.
