To enter Mike Collingwood Memorial Triathlon using EventsOnline.ca please follow these steps:

  1. Type your name and other information into the form below and click on the submit button.
  2. Use your Amex, Visa or Mastercard credit card to pay for your entry. The transaction will be processed securely in Canadian dollars.
  3. Once you have successfully paid for your entry, your information will automatically be added to the event database and you will be sent a confirmation email. You will also be listed on the confirmation page. Depending on your Internet connection, this process may take about 16 seconds. During this time do not click your browser's back button or stop button.

Please enter me in the 2012 Mike Collinwood Memorial Triathlon. I am participating at my own risk and waive all claims of every nature against the organizers, the officials, the National Capital Commission, the Gatineau Park, the sponsors and any other participating individuals or agencies in respect to personal loss or bodily injury resulting in my participation in this event. I also agree that my photo can be used by any media organisation covering this event. I also understand the rigors of such a competition and I have/will prepare myself physically for this event.
