MasterCard, AMEX and Visa are accepted. Your online Credit Card Transaction will be processed securely in Canadian dollars.
Confirmation of entry via this online form will be provided by email and on the confirmation page after your payment has been processed. (Payment processing takes about 16 seconds).

Registration will be hosted at Race Kit Pick-Up at New Balance Oakville on April 13th and 14th.
All 5km High School Challenge Participants will need to provide proof of age and school at kit pick-up (e.g. School ID Card).
There will be no transfers or refunds.

WAIVER, RELEASE AND INDEMNIFICATION/RENONCIATION

In consideration of my ability to participate in the Mercedes-Benz 10k or any other event outlined in this application (collectively, the event), I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, successors and assigns, hereby: (a) Assume all risk (whether inherent or extraordinary) and accept full responsibility for any and all injuries, property loss or damage, or death, associated with my participation in the event. I understand that vehicular traffic will be moving on the course during the event, and that I must exercise due care and caution for the safety of myself and others. (b) Represent that I am in good health and good physical condition, and have no medical conditions that would affect or limit my ability to participate in the demanding physical activity of the event safely. (c) If I am injured or take ill during the event, authorize event officials to transport me to a medical facility and/or to administer emergency medical treatment. (d) Fully release and hold harmless all sponsors of the Mercedes-Benz 10k, InField Marketing Group, and their respective officers, directors, employees, shareholders, representatives and agents, from any liability, claims, actions, damages and demands of any kind that might arise from my participation in the event and/or any related activities, and/or any medical transportation or treatment that may be administered by event officials. Each participant can and will be photographed during the event. By registering, the participant acknowledges that their likeness may be used on the Zoomphoto website, and various promotions on- and off-line to promote Zoomphoto, InField Marketing Group or the event. I have read and understood the above, declare that I am participating in the event voluntarily, and understand that my participation in the event is conditional upon my complete acceptance of this Assumption of Risk and Waiver.
