To register as a 2010 member of the Oshawa Cycling Club using EventsOnline.ca please follow these steps:

  1. Type your name into the form below and click on the submit button.
  2. Use your Visa or Mastercard credit card to pay for your membership. The transaction will be processed securely in Canadian dollars.
  3. Once you have successfully paid for your membership your information will automatically be added to the membership database and the Eventsonline.ca confirmation page for the membership list will be updated. Depending on your Internet connection, this process may take about 16 seconds. During this time do not click your Browser's back button or stop button.

WAIVER

In consideration of acceptance of the applicant as a member in the Oshawa Cycling Club and payment of membership dues, the applicant (and parent or guardian) agrees to save harmless and keep indemnified the Ontario Cycling Association and the Oshawa Cycling Club, their officers, directors and members, and their respective agents, officials, servants, and representatives from and against all claims, actions or clauses of action, costs, expenses, and demands including costs attendant there to on a solicitor and his own client basis, however caused arising out of or relating to any activity of the applicant taking part or being connected to any activity of the Ontario Cycling Association and the Oshawa Cycling Club, whether caused by any negligence of any of the parties hereto, or their representative agents, officials, servants or representatives, and it is understood and agreed that this agreement is to be binding on the applicants, his heirs, executors and assigns. Any applicant 18 years or younger as of December 31st, 2009 and payment to requires the consent of a parent or guardian of said applicant.

I consent to the use of my name, telephone number, e-mail address and emergency contact informatiom for the purpose of the membership listing to be released to club members only.

PRIVACY CLAUSE: All personal information is kept confidential and is used for internal club purposes only. The Oshawa Cycling Club Membership Listing includes names, telephone numbers and e-mail addresses and is released to club members only.
