  • Free parking is available on race day at the site.

In consideration of the acceptance of my application to participate as an entrant in the Rattle Me Bones 5K and 10K run on Sunday, October 24, 2010, I, my heirs, executors and administrators, waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages I may have against The Ottawa Hospital – General Campus, the race director, the race organizing committee, all sponsors of the event, the race officials, their representatives, successors and assignees for any and all injuries, illness, or death that may directly or indirectly result from my participation in this event. Further, I shall permit the free use of my name and picture in publicity resulting from the event. N.B. I have read this form and fully understand its contents.
