Multisport Canada Running Series

To enter an event in the Multisport Canada Running Series please follow these steps:

Race fee does not include GST. Please note that HST will be in effect on July 1st 2010. Online registration closes at midnight on the Thursday before race day. Mail in or fax entries must be received no later than 10 days before the race. Entry fees do not include the online processing fee. All entries are non-refundable and non-transferable. Races on Toronto Island include round trip ferry fee.

AWARENESS AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK I am aware that running events involve risks including risk of personal injury, death, property damage, expense and related loss, including loss of income. Included in these risks are negligence on the part of MultiSport Canada Inc., its directors, officers, officials and volunteers, other participants, owners of the facilities where the activities occur, Run Well Events, The Corporation of the City of Toronto, and the Ontario Track and Field Association (referred to in the rest of this agreement as MultiSport Canada Inc. AND OTHERS. I freely accept and fully assume all such risks and the possibility of personal injury, death, property damage, expense and related loss, including loss of income. RELEASE OF LIABILITY, WAIVER OF CLAIMS AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT In consideration of MultiSport Canada Inc. accepting my application to participate in this activity, I agree: 1. To release, save harmless and indemnify MultiSport Canada Inc. AND OTHERS from and against any and all claims, actions, costs, expenses and demands in respect of death, injury, damage, loss or expenses to my person or property, whether foreseen or unforeseen and where ever and how ever caused, arising out of or in the course of participation in this activity and related events notwithstanding that the same may have been contributed to or occasioned by any act or failure to act, including without limitation, negligence, breach of contract or breach of any statutory duty of care of MultiSport Canada Inc.
