Simcoe Shores Online Registration

To enter the Simcoe Shores Relay please follow these steps:

Type your name and other information into the web form below and click the submit button. Please note that hovering over the will give you information about that field and what data we need.
MasterCard and Visa are accepted. Your online Credit Card Transaction will be processed securely in Canadian dollars. Credit Card will be charged as EventsOnline.ca
Confirmation of entry via this online form will be provided by email and on the confirmation page after your payment has been processed. (Payment processing takes about 16 seconds.)

To edit a team you have registered for the Simcoe Shores Relay please follow these steps:

Make your modifications and click submit.
Your team will then be modified.

Race fee does not include GST. Please note that HST will be in effect on July 1st 2010 Team information changes can be made after registation has taken place. After registering, a confirmation email will be sent out with instructions and team password. Online registration will close at Midnight on August 8th, 2010. AWARENESS AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK

I am aware that running events involve risks including risk of personal injury, death, property damage, expense and related loss, including loss of income. Included in these risks are negligence on the part of MultiSport Canada Inc., its directors, officers, officials and volunteers, other participants, owners of the facilities where the activities occur, City of Barrie, Country of Simcoe, Township of Oro-Medonte, Her Majesty the Queen in the Right of Ontario, Ministry of Transportation, City of Orillia, Township of Severn, Township of Tay, Town of Midland, Town of Penetanguishene, Township of Tiny, Township of Springwater, Town of Wasaga Beach, Township of Clearview, Town of The Blue Mountains, Municipality of Grey Highlands, County of Grey and the Ontario Track and Field Association (referred to in the rest of this agreement as MultiSport Canada Inc. AND OTHERS. I freely accept and fully assume all such risks and the possibility of personal injury, death, property damage, expense and related loss, including loss of income.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY, WAIVER OF CLAIMS AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT

In consideration of MultiSport Canada Inc. accepting my application to participate in this activity, I agree: 1. To release, save harmless and indemnify MultiSport Canada Inc. AND OTHERS from and against any and all claims, actions, costs, expenses and demands in respect of death, injury, damage, loss or expenses to my person or property, whether foreseen or unforeseen and where ever and how ever caused, arising out of or in the course of participation in this activity and related events notwithstanding that the same may have been contributed to or occasioned by any act or failure to act, including without limitation, negligence, breach of contract or breach of any statutory duty of care of MultiSport Canada Inc. AND OTHERS. 2. To hold harmless and indemnify MultiSport Canada Inc. AND OTHERS from any and all liability for any damage to property of, or personal injury to, any third party, resulting from my participation in this activity. 3. That this agreement is binding on not only myself but my next if kin, heirs, executors, administrators and assigns. I hereby grant to MultiSport Canada and assign the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs of me, or in which I may be included, and to copyright the same. I HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT AND UNDERSTAND IT. I AM AWARE THAT BY SIGNING THIS DOCUMENT I AM WAIVING CERTAIN RIGHTS WHICH I OR MY NEXT OF KIN, HEIRS, EXECUTORS, ADMINISTRATORS AND ASSIGNS MAY HAVE AGAINST MULTISPORT CANADA INC. AND OTHERS.
