This Somersault Multiple Event Entry Form is designed to allow you to enter many 2012 Somersault events in one simple transaction. You can choose as many events (and races within events) as you wish at one time on one form. And you only have to provide your personal entry information, and process your credit card once.
The form below provides you with the entry fee cost at critical dates for each type of race (later dates will be added soon). It also provides information on online admin charges and the entry fee surcharge.
The entry form is for individuals only. Family or group entries cannot use this form yet, but must use the regular entry form ("Family or Group" option) for each event they wish to enter.
The "Select Series" button allows you to choose "Run", or "Tri/Du". If you wish to enter a Run or a Walk event, choose the "Run" option. If you wish to enter a Triathlon, Duathlon, Canoe/Kayak Tri, SwimCycle, or a Swim, choose the "Tri/Du" option.
Once this is done, just complete the form and follow instructions to "Submit" and Process your Credit Card.
AMEX, MasterCard and Visa are accepted. Your online Credit Card Transaction will be processed securely in CDN dollars and will show eventsonline.ca as the processor.

Online registration will close at March 15, 2012. All entries are non-refundable and non-transferable. The entry fees listed above do not include the online processing fee. WAIVER, RELEASE AND INDEMNIFICATION

Please accept my entry for this/these 2012 Somersault Promotions event(s). I acknowledge that I am participating at my own risk in this/these event(s) and I agree to waive all claims of every nature against Christine McKinty, Terry McKinty, Somersault Promotions, and Somersault Promotions Ltd., the Race Director(s), Somersault Race Crew, Canadian Ski Patrol, Somersault Motorcycle Patrol Group, Brockville Kayakers, ,Officials, municipalities in which the event(s) is/are held, any agencies or jurisdictions providing facilities, courses, or services to the event(s), the event(s) sponsors, the event(s) charities or community organizations or businesses associated with the event(s), Somersault Series sponsors, and any and all other participating individuals or agencies in respect to any and all personal loss or bodily injury, including death, resulting from my participation in this/these event(s). I acknowledge and understand that participation in this/these event(s) involves risks to my health and safety, including death, and I willingly accept these risks. I further acknowledge and understand that insurance coverage for this/these event(s) does not provide me with personal accident insurance benefits, and that I am responsible to obtain my own personal accident insurance coverage should I wish to be eligible for accident benefits that are in excess of those currently covered through my provincial/state or private health insurance plan(s). I also acknowledge that I understand the rigors of this/these competition(s) and I verify here that I know myself to be healthy and fit enough to participate in it/them. In providing my email for identification and communication purposes, I understand that my email may be used for Somersault newsletters, event updates, and sending photo proofs, and that Somersault will not sell, or provide, its email lists to any third parties. I agree to permit the event organizers to use any photo taken of me during the event for promotional purposes on its website, in the media or in special promotions. I agree to allow a link to individual photos taken of me by the official race photographer during the race, to be <br>placed beside my name on the official race results produced by SportStats I acknowledge that I have read and agree with the terms and conditions outlined in this waiver.
