To enter the Strathmore Women's Triathlon event using EventsOnline.CA please follow these steps:

  1. Type your name and other information into the form below and click on the submit button.
  2. Use your MasterCard or Visa credit card to pay for your entry. The transaction will be processed securely in Canadian dollars. Your credit card number will not be stored by Eventsonline.
  3. Once you have successfully paid for your entry your information will automatically be added to the race database and you will receive a confirmation email message. Your name will also be added to the confirmation page. PLEASE CHECK TO SEE IF YOUR NAME APPEARS ON THE CONFIRMATION PAGE. ONLINE ENTRY IS NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL YOUR NAME IS ON THIS PAGE. Depending on your Internet connection, this process may take between 10 to 60 seconds. During this time do not click your Browser's back button or stop button.

NEW ROLL OVER POLICY:
As of Nov. 2009, the Strathmore Women’s Triathlon WILL NOT GIVE REFUNDS OR ALLOW TRANSFERS TO OTHER COMPETITORS, regardless of the reason or time of year. However, up until May 1st, 2010, we will offer a full rollover (less a $30.00 administration fee) to the 2011 race. Requests for a rollover must come from the affected competitor and must be sent by email before May 1st, 2010. We will confirm the rollover of your entry fee to 2011, and explain the procedure to follow. There will be NO Team Entry Rollovers - no exceptions. Please understand that it is not our intention to profit from this policy, rather to be able to continue to offer a consistent quality of event at a reasonable cost. Please remember that no rollovers will be accepted after May 1st, 2010 regardless of the reason or the size of our waiting list! There are absolutely no exceptions! To request a rollover, simply send an email to the Race Director before May 1st, 2010 stating that you will not be competing and that you are requesting to take advantage of the rollover option. A rollover confirmation along with instructions on what to do for registration the following year will be sent to you.

I acknowledge that participation in the sport of triathlon might result in personal injury to myself due to the endurance nature of the sport and the inherent risks associated with swimming, biking and running, especially on public roads. I accept these risks. In consideration of my participation in Alberta Triathlon Association sanctioned event and training, I agree that the Alberta Triathlon Association, its directors, officers, employees, coaches, volunteers, members, and agents shall not be liable for any personal injury or loss I may suffer from any such participation, unless such loss shall be caused by negligence of any one or more of the above named whilst acting within the scope of their duties.
