Team Registration Form for the Times Colonist 10K

TC 10K starts at 8:00am, location to be determined

Thrifty Foods 1.5K Family Run starts at 10:00am, location to be determined

Team Captains, register your team for the Times Colonist 10K and the Thrifty Foods 1.5k Family Run by entering your team information into the form below. Mandatory fields are indicated by an asterisk *.
After this form is processed your team name will be added to the list of team names on the individual online registration form. This will allow your team members to register themselves online.
In regards to payment you have three options as a team captain:
- Pay for the full registration fee of your team members.
- Pay for a percentage of the registration fee for each team member.
  - Please phone 250.744.5538 or Email teams@tc10k.ca to arrange for a team code to allow your team members to register online using one of the two payment methods above.
- Have each team member pay individually.

1. Package Pick Up - Special time for Teams only on Friday April 23 from 9:00am - 11:00am. Location to be determined.
Friday April 23: 9am - 11am, Corporate and Sports Teams Package Pickup Only
Friday April 23: noon - 7 pm, Corporate, Sports Teams and Individual Package Pickup
Saturday April 24: 10am - 6 pm, Corporate, Sports Teams and Individual Package Pickup
2. All team shirts, bibs and chips will be in one package, there will be no individual package pick up for team members. No exceptions.
