Sponsorship Form

To sponsor the TK Group Fall Classic please follow these steps:

  1. Type your name and other information into the web form below and click the submit button.
  2. For Sponsorships above $800, your credit card will not be processed to pay for the amounts. Instead, you will be contacted by the Event Coordinator to make payment arrangements.
  3. Tee and Pin Flag Sponsorships will have the option to pay online via a Credit Card or to be contacted by the Event Coordinator to make payment arrangements.
  4. MasterCard and Visa are accepted. Your online Credit Card Transaction will be processed securely in Canadian dollars. Credit Card will be charged as EventsOnline.ca
  5. Confirmation of entry via this online form will be provided by email after your payment has been processed. (Payment processing takes about 16 seconds.)
