Online Registration

To register a Tour de Greenbelt event using EventsOnline.ca please follow these steps:

  1. Complete your registration form. One registration form per adult must be fully completed. While children 12 and under are free, they must be registered and accompanied by an adult. Please use the family form to register up to two free children with a registering adult. (only one fee will be charged). From there you can also register another adult with the same address at the regular fee.
  2. Type your name and other information into the form below and click on the submit button.
  3. Use your Visa, Mastercard, American Express credit card to pay for your entry. The transaction will be processed securely in Canadian dollars.
  4. Once you have successfully paid for your entry your information will automatically be added to the event database and the Eventsonline.ca confirmation page for the event will be updated. Depending on your Internet connection, this process may take about 16 seconds. During this time do not click your browser's back button or stop button.

GENERAL ONLINE WAIVER

Please read carefully The Tour de Greenbelt Release Waiver and Indemnity: I Agree:

  1. That all times during the Tour de Greenbelt my safety remains my sole responsibility and that I will observe all rules of the road; and
  2. That I will make best efforts to wear an approved helmet while riding in the Tour de Greenbelt; and if I am under the age of 18 I must wear an approved helmet and
  3. That I will discontinue riding in the Tour de Greenbelt if it is determined by medical personnel at any time that I am physically unfit to continue; and
  4. That I am aware of the risks inherent in participating in the Tour de Greenbelt and assume all such risks.
  5. By participating in the Tour de Greenbelt I consent the use of my photograph, without compensation, in any future publicity carried out by the Friends of the Greenbelt Foundation.

IN CONSIDERATION of the acceptance of my application and permission to participate as an entrant in the Tour de Greenbelt and apres-event activities, I, for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns, HEREBY RELEASE, WAIVE AND FOREVER DISCHARGE the Greenbelt Foundation, PLH & Associates Ltd., all participating government and emergency service organizations, and all other associations, sanctioning bodies and sponsoring companies, and all their respective agents, officials, servants, claims, demands, damages, costs, expenses, actions and causes of action, whether in law or equity, in respect to death, injury, loss or damage to my person or property HOWSOEVER CAUSED, rising or to arise by reason of my participation in the said event, whether a spectator, participant, competitor or otherwise, whether prior to, during or subsequent to the event, AND NOTWITHSTANDING that same may have contributed to, or occasioned by, the negligence of any of the aforesaid. I FURTHER HEREBY UNDERTAKE or HOLD AND SAVE HARMLESS and AGREE TO INDEMNIFY all of the aforesaid from and against any and all liability incurred by any or all of them as a result of, or in any way connected with, my participation in the said event. BY SUBMITTING THIS ENTRY, I ACKNOWLEDGE HAVING READ, UNDERSTOOD AND AGREED TO THE ABOVE WAIVER, RELEASE AND INDEMNITY. I WARRANT that I am physically fit to participate in this event, and that my equipment is mechanically fit and suitable for its intended use in the Tour de Greenbelt.
