Online Registration for S.T.A.R.T. —

To register for the S.T.A.R.T. class using EventsOnline.ca please follow these steps:

  1. Type your name and other information into the form below and click on the submit button.
  2. If paying online, use your Visa or Mastercard credit card to pay for your registration. The transaction will be processed securely in US dollars.
  3. Once you have submitted the form (and paid if making an online donation), your information will automatically be added to the registrant database and you will be sent a confirmation email. Depending on your Internet connection, the payment process may take about 16 seconds. During this time do not click your browser's back button or stop button.
  4. Download and sign the PDFwaiver form — parent/guardian must sign if student is under 18, student signs if 18 or 19. Mail, along with proof of automobile insurance coverage for the driver, to Tucson Police Foundation, 3900 E Timrod St, Ste 7, Tucson AZ 85711-4170, to arrive no later than Wednesday before the class.

Acknowledgement
