WAIVER

It is of the Series Director’s discretion that any and all events are subject to change in respect to start time, start date and in respect to distance of individual event being run, due to weather, satisfactory number of participants and or any other reasonable reason suited to the smooth operation of individual races, meets and the series. Whining not tolerated. No refunds will be made available under any circumstances whatsoever except in the event a specific race is permanently cancelled, while another race of same or similar distance, during same-said series, during same-series year, cannot be provided by the Series Director. Should cancellation of a specific race prevent athlete from finishing the required 4 races minimum with one being of 5000m distance - and this is brought to the Series Director’s attention, this will constitute whining. Race registration exchanges, between two or more runners are not permitted under any circumstances, unless provided by the series Timers or Series Director. Race registrations can be exchanged for future races with consent from series director only. Whining constitutes automatic disqualification and permanent ban from series forthwith.
