To enter the 2012 Island Race Series using EventsOnline.ca please follow these steps:

  1. Click the check boxes beside the race or races you would like to enter.
  2. Type your name and other information into the form below and click on the submit button.
  3. Use your Amex, Visa or Mastercard credit card to pay for your entry. The transaction will be processed securely in Canadian dollars.
  4. Once you have successfully paid for your entry your information will automatically be added to the event database and the the Eventsonline.ca confirmation page for the event will be updated. Depending on your Internet connection, this process may take about 16 seconds. During this time do not click your Browser's back button or stop button.
  5. To register by mail or in person, print the online form and fill out the registration.
  6. Register for the entire series and be eligible for a chance to win a His and Hers Adidas souvenir shirts (also available for sale at www.vira.bc.ca).

  • Online registration for each event will close at midnight Wednesday (4 days) before the race.
  • All entries are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • BC Athletics members will receive a $3 discount per race or a $24 discount for a Full Series Entry. The discount is not available for the $80 half-off certificate entries.
  • Add online processing fee.
  • Part of the Timex BC Series (See BC Athletics website for full list of Timex BC Series races)
  • Visit the race website at www.vira.bc.ca for information and results.
  • All 8 races are sanctioned by BC Athletics.
  • No dogs, rollerblades, strollers, baby joggers, bikes, or skateboards allowed in races.

RELEASE WAIVER AND INDEMNITY

In consideration of your accepting this entry, I hereby for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators waive and release the organizers of this event and its sponsors from any and all rights of claims and damages I may have against them, their representatives, successors and assigns, for any and all illness, injuries and/or losses I may sustain as a result of my participation in this event. I hereby acknowledge having read this Release and Waiver, and understand and accept its terms.
