To enter the Woodys RV World Marathon using EventsOnline.ca please follow these steps:

  1. Type your name and other information into the form below and click on the submit button.
  2. Use your Visa or Mastercard credit card to pay for your entry. The transaction will be processed securely in Canadian dollars.
  3. Once you have successfully paid for your entry your information will automatically be added to the event database and the the Eventsonline.ca confirmation page for the event will be updated. Depending on your Internet connection, this process may take about 16 seconds. During this time do not click your Browser's back button or stop button.

Donation to Parkinson's society
In Southern Alberta, over 5000 people and their families live with Parkinson's. "The Parkinson's Society of Southern Alberta" is a registered charitable organization whose mission is to provide service, education, information, and advocacy for people with Parkinson's and to support related research. Offices are located in Calgary, Red Deer, Medicine Hat and Lethbridge. The Red Deer Marathon Society has requested that donations raised through our event be directed for use in the Central Alberta Region. 		$

For online donations for registered runners will be summarized and provided to Parkinson's for issuance of tax receipts. Tax receipts will be automatically issued for everyone over $20.00.

WAIVER:
In consideration of your acceptance of this race entry, I, for myself, my heirs, personal representatives, successors and assigns, release, waive and discharge Red Deer Marathon Society, Woody’s RV World Ltd, Red Deer Runners Club, the City of Red Deer, Athletics Alberta, and all other organizers, sanctioning bodies, sponsors, contributors and their respective volunteers, employees, officers, directors, agents, contractors, and officials of and from all claims, demands, damages, costs, expenses, actions and causes of actions, whether in law or equity in respect of death, injury, loss or damage to my person or property, however caused, arising or to arise by reason of my participation in the race, whether as a participant, spectator or otherwise, whether prior to, during or subsequent to the race and notwithstanding that the same may have been contributed to, or occasioned by, the negligence of any of the parties previously referred to. I will save harmless and agree to indemnify all of the parties previously referred to from and against all liability incurred by any of them as a result of, or in any way connected with, my participation in the race. By submitting this entry I acknowledge that I have read, understand and agree to be bound by this waiver, release and indemnity. I warrant that I have full knowledge of the risks involved in participating in this race and that I assume those risks. I warrant that I am physically fit and have trained sufficiently to participate in the race. I will pay my medical and emergency expenses in the event of accident or illness regardless of whether I have otherwise authorized the incurring of such expenses.

Consent to Release of Personal Information
I consent to the release of the personal information set out in this entry form, and the results of my participation in the race, for the purpose of putting on the race, including publishing the same on the race website and in the race results, as part of the race and results announcements and in any media coverage of the race. I acknowledge and agree that all photos, videos, or other images taken by the directors, officers, volunteers, agents or representatives of the Red Deer Marathon Society are the property of the Red Deer Marathon Society and may be used without the permission of the photographed person.
