In consideration of your accepting this entry, I for myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, waive and release the Run To Remember Foundation, Tuesday�s Children, September 11th Families Association, National September 11 Museum & Memorial at the World Trade Center, My Good Deed, Inc. - September 11 National Day of Service and Remembrance, Voices of September 11th, Families of September 11th, Police Athletic League NYC, New York Firefighters Burn Center, the State of New York and its agencies and departments, the Governors Island Preservation & Education Corporation (GIPEC), Governor�s Island Corporation d/b/a The Trust For Governor�s Island, New York State Development Corporation, the City of New York and its agencies and departments, USA Track & Field, USA Track & Field - Metropolitan, Harbor Marine Services, LLC., National Park Service, and all other sponsors, volunteers, contractors, and their representatives and successors, from present and future claims and liabilities of any kind, known or unknown, arising out of my participation in this event or related activities, even though such claim or liability may arise out of negligence or fault on the part of any of the foregoing persons or entities. I know that participating in running/walking events such as this is a potentially hazardous activity. I am voluntarily entering and assume all risks associated with participating in this event, including, but not limited to, falls; contact with other participants, spectators, or others; the effect of the weather, including heat and/or humidity; traffic; and the conditions of the course, all such risks being known and appreciated by me.
