To print the certificate you must have the Print background
colors and images turned ON. Please include both First Name and Last Name when searching for your certificate.
In Internet Explorer go to Tools, Internet Options and click on Advanced.
Put a check mark in the Print background colors and images.
If you are using Firefox, simply click on File, Page Set-up and check the Print Backgrounds box.
